Thanks for the advice. I have been keeping track of all interactions, but I appreciate your insight on the lack of reason for the rejection. I felt the same way. I do know that this organization is not accredited with the BBB and therefore do not have to uphold certain customer satisfaction standards, however the advertise excellent customer support. There has to be a way to challenge the lack of support that they advertise. I have been communating with firends who work in coporate law so hopefully something positive will come from this. Thanks again for your response and advice.

To TYG: Your response is ludicrous. If you can't add something constructive, please refrain from responding.
To the OP: If they forged your signature on a document you have a case of fraud. There may be an attorney somewhere who will take on the case. Or, you may be able to file it yourself. That's an avenue worth exploring. If you haven't already, make notes of who you spoke with and when. The fact that they won't provide identifying information when responding to your complaints is usually a dead giveaway that something shady is happening. A legitimate organization wouldn't do that.
You might also consider disputing the bill if you used a credit card.
Good luck!

Sorry to say this but given your tale of woe, its understandable WHY they said NO to you. YOU would say ANYTHING!!! YOU would accuse ANYONE to get out of this contract that YOU agreed to in GOOD FAITH. Right there is the major issue. YOU claim that YOUR signature is misspelled. YOU claim that they are not supporting YOU. As I said, YOU will say ANYTHING to get out from under the restrictions that have been placed on you. Im NOT saying that YOU directly are purposefully OR intentionally fabricating. I AM saying that YOU will say whatever YOU think YOU can accuse them of in order to get out of a legal obligation. YOU made the choices that got YOU there. YOU now have to live with those choices and all the fighting in the world is only going to frustrate you even further. See the big tell that YOU may not be telling the whole truth is that fact that YOU try and sell yourself in the post YOU made. YOU first start off with how bad THEY are, then move on to the points of contention YOU have, then finalize the story with how GOOD YOU ARE!! Sorry but that's a dead give away. YOUR only course of action is to either drop out and take that MASSIVE hit to your credit OR finish out the schooling/training you have left and move on. All I can see is YOU making unsubstantiated accusations in order to get out of what you got yourself into. THAT is defamation when YOU do it on the web. THEY would be WELL within their rights to take YOU to task for what YOU have written. YOUR First Amendment Rights DO NOT protect YOU when YOU are using it to intentionally mislead.
