The College Network The college network makes promise and offers support. When you try to call them, they are far from helpful. They take individuals money and make them helpless. They make promises they do not uphold and are allowed to do this. They have figured a way to make money off of hard working hopeful people. Promising to be there, yet they are not. They are robbing people and not having to do anything for the money they are taking. Indianapolis Indiana
*UPDATE Employee: Your concerns
College Network is a big Rip off. They come into colleges and make promises to new Grads. You pay them money and get nothing. They promise support, help assistance every step og the way. This is false. I can not even sign into the website. I have asked for assistance. They send me formatted general e-mails full of advertisment. Beware if you are approached by this compancy do not let them sway you. You will pay alot of money and recieve nothing.
It also seems like they are able to do this and there is no help out there.

Ms. Dietz,
According to our records, you have not expressed your dissatisfaction to Customer Support when you have contacted us for assistance. In fact, we see that you have passed your first exam attempt. Congratulations! Your hard word and dedication are paying off.
We are puzzled as to why you would say we have not been supportive or provided assistance. Our records show that we have completed your welcome call, guidance call, a scheduled follow-up call, and your unofficial course analysis as well as assisted you over the phone on multiple occasions.
Although we are not aware of any unkept promises or a lack of support or assistance, clearly you feel as though you are not being adequately helped. Someone will be contacting you this week to discuss your concerns. Your success and satisfaction with our products and services is important to us.
