TIGER DIRECT BUYER BE WARNED.

I have followed the requirements exactly and if I had not followed up with 4myrebate they would not have "researched" only to reply after my inquiry that our Tiger Direct rebates were denied. They prefer you to forget about the rebate and let it go past the expiration date to do anything about it and keep the $$ from the customers.

The company that handles the rebate sent a denial of rebate and said the UPC was not attached to form. *my picture of form clearly shows it attached.* Supervisor says that the "scan of the UPC they have shows all black" and not "missing" as they stated and how is it the customers fault their scanner needs to be fixed or replaced?

The rebate company will not accept pictures of documents via email to prove your submission was complete and require you to print and resend the high toner use pictures and waste another envelope and stamp and not to mention over 4 hours of trying to deal with this delima to get what i was promised.

Tiger Direct has seen the last of this family's $$$$ as they appear to be regressing back to their old was of ripping off customers on rebates as they did in the past as many Slick Dealer's have learned and were burned. 

PS: Good luck getting through to either of their non existent Customer Service on the phone in less than 20 minutes OR  to receive any help from their Rebate Assurance Guarantee Program. *TigerDirects Rebate Assurance Program simply sends you a canned response after a week to call the rebate company which I did and they have been no help as they can't read their scanned documents.
