Timothy L. Petty, Jr. aka Justin McClure aka Josh Bennett aka Onyx Enterprises, LLC of Nashville, Tennessee has now brought his scam to Atlanta, Georgia. At the suggestion of our attorney and private detective, we must remain anonymous and will go by the alias "Atlanta Food Delivery Service" in this report. Timothy was last seen writing a bad check to us (Atlanta Food Delivery Service). We delivered food twice to Timothy and his partners in crime and accepted business checks from him under the name of Onyx Enterprises LLC. The food was delivered on 10/07/2011 and 10/08/2011. Both checks bounced and now we are out of over $200. Supposedly, he did the same thing to the hotel we delivered to and now owes them over $2K. Please be on the lookout for this major fraud. He is using several different cell phone numbers to further his check fraud scheme. Those numbers are 678-925-3139, 615-669-0417, and 270-791-5851. Included in this report is a copy of the state issued ID he is using from the state of Kentucky. If anyone comes across this fraud, please contact your local police.
