UAC RIPPED ME OFF ALSO CHARLOTTE North Carolina

I had the worst experience with UAC, however my account was in Charlotte, NC. I purchased a 1996 GMC Jimmy from Griffin Motor on South Blvd. and it was financed through UAC. I only financed for two years with the interest included in the payments which were set up bi-weekly. After two long years and multiple mechanical problems I had made all the payments. I went to a car dealership where I decided to trade the piece of junk, and UAC told me my payoff was the same amount I financed. It was like I never a payment on the car!!! I disputed it and I got nowhere with the finance team, and they never sent the title, and place 6,000 on my credit report. I think something should be done with these kinds of businesses because they take advantage of the poor and desperate. I am still disputing these charges, and the truck is broken down in my garage. I even offered to give them the car just to make them go away, and they never picked up the car. Someone tell me what my options are because I paid that car off, and I don't know what to do.
