Starting in Dec. 2010 the price per gallon for propane I have been being charged is almost double what other companies charge. When I call them they gave me credit.
Feb. 2011 received another delivery and again was billed almost double, again they issued a credit. They said their billing was done out of state and they had no control over the price per gallon billed (how can this be true if they can issued a credit!) and if I didn't call the price would remain the same. They said "Just call everytime you get a delivery and we will adjust the price."
Dec. 2011 received a delivery, billed $6.86 per gallon.I Googled propane prices for Maryland and the highest for the period 11/28/11-12/26/11 was only $3.474. Again almost doubled! I called Jan. 4,2012 and again they gave me a credit.
