US MORTGAGE FUNDING EVAN LEWIS, JOY NAPOLITANO WAM,BAM,THANK YOU MAM: THIS COMPANY RIPPED US OFF FOR $1500.00, WE WERE TURNED DOWN FOR OUR MODIFICATION IN JULY 2010, MORTGAGE PAYMENT WENT UP,AND HAVEN'T HEARD FROM US MORTGAGE FUNDING AT ALL, WON'T BOCA RATON, Florida

We went to US Mortgage Funding for a loan modification for our current mortgage. We were told that we would be in better shape one way or the other. The only think we got out of it was lossing $1500.00 to a company that will not even answer or return our calls. When will this kind of theft be stopped?  We allow these kind of people to be on television, that way they can reach us all. 

 I know that we shouldn't fall for everything  that we see, but we really needed the help and trusted the BBB status on them. We called Evan Lewis, and found out  a month after our mortgage company turned us down, that a Joy Napolitano, was suppose to be taking care of our case. WHO IS SHE!!! We didn't have any idea, and it would not have mattered anyway, she won't return any calls either.

We just want our money back, it would be nice to get the $54.00 late fee that we had to pay on our mortgage because it was late.  We were told that any late fees would be waived. Another lie.

Please don't anyone use this company, they will take your money and be gone.  Professionals answer their phones, and return call when left a message. We started this modification in May 2010, this is September 2010.  We were truned down in July 2010, to this day they will not return any calls, we called Joy and left her two messages today, September 10,2010.

I haved turned this company in to the Better Bussiness Bureau, Secretary Of State, and the Attorney General, and now Rip-off Report.  I just hope that something will help.  Be aware that this company can just change it's phone number, which it did to us, it's company name and so on.  BE AWARE OF THEIR LIES
