First of all, I was not ripped off, as I am not that gullible, but I have to wonder how many companies don't take the time to investigate each one of their invoices.

This company is sending out what appears to be a bill, or invoice for $425.00 for "TELECOM MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT". 

It gives a reference number and says to Please remit to the above adress. Nowhere does it mention that this is a quote or estimate.

So, I called them to let them know that what they're doing is deceptive and the man got a little upset with me stating that nowhere on it does it say "Invoice". And, while he is correct, it certainly looks like one.

So... just be aware that this company is out there trying to scam companys out of their hard earned money.
