verizon wireless they are not honest hopewell, Virginia

I went to the verizon store and i got a cell phone and phone service and internet with them. i started having trouble with the internet , i was having trouble connecting with broadband, 4g, and  sometimes when i did i got disconnected  very quick.  i called them at least 4-5 times and they all said they would get it right and even sent me another  of their 4g router, and no  new sim card which they said they would send. i called again and they said signal is bad where im at,  and that 3g was good so i went to that and how slow it is is rediculous.

i can not stand this . well i called to cancel the service and find out i have 3 numbers the phone cell phone and internet and each one is 170.00 termination fee, which was not told to me at the store. they told me the internet had no cancellation fee. they lie and scheme. i told them cancel my internet nov 1th and this very rude man says it cant be cancelled till nov 6th, so i said cancel it. he tried to tell me to put this line in someone elses name who would want it . i told him repeatedly, there was no one, and he says  i  heard you the first time. they are so rude. i cant wait to be rid of them. i would stop everything but now  each other one is 170.00 fee, which is unfair. dont deal with them.
