Video Professor Will not refund my money Denver Colorado

I ordered some CD's from them for networking my computers. When I got them and found they did not address my problems, I called them to return them.

The lady I talked to took all the information and said she would send a return label so it would not cost me anything to return them. She gave me the wrong return number, so I didn't get a return label.

So I waited for the return label, not knowing I was given the wrong nuimber. On 5-18-2009 they took $189.95 from my bank account, not expecting the withdrawal they over drawed my account, so my bank withdraw $85.85 for the over draws.

I call them today 5-20-2009 and they said since I waited 2 months to return there product they would not refund my money.

Since I waited 2 months on the retrun label it is my fault, so they are not going to refund my money for the product and the over draft charges, and the shipping here and there.

They advertise they will refund the shipping to get it here and also the return shipping.

So they owe me:
$189.95
$6.95
$85.85
$8.30
Total=$291.05 that they won't pay.
