I got video professor accidentally, from another offer site. It was for a $1000 IKEA gift card. It was only after I order the Video Professor HTML system, did I realize that I would have to spend more than $1000 on the offers to get the stupid gift car, so I stopped, but it was too late. The order was already placed.

So, I get the package in the mail, and open it because I needed my account number and such to call and return the thing. But, by the time I called, they said the 10 day trial period was already up. So they had billed my debit card the total price of the system which was $189.99. I freaked, because this put our account into overdraft, and I wasn't aware that the system cost that much. I thought I had already paid for it.

She told me to return the package, and then it was be approximately 30 days before I got my refund. So I said fine. Shipped the package out, and waited. Well after almost 2 months, I called, and they told me that they had received my return and that my refund was being processed. I asked why it was taking so long, since the first lady told me it would be withing 30 days. What she left out was that it was 30 to 45 business days.

That was 2 weeks ago. So I should have my refund by now,but guess what, I don't. I plan on calling again tomorrow, and I sent them an email earlier to let them know that I was still waiting and I would soon be taking further action to get the refund that they "guarantee" on their website.
