Video Professor robbing everyday people by not giving back their refunds..and doing this without the customers permission !!! Denver Colorado

In march 2009 i called and ordered video professor on how to sell on ebay. i received 3 cds about 7 to 10 days later. the next day i also received another package from video professor that i did not order, or open. it was at this time that i saw on my bank statement a deduction of $189.95 to video professor....i had only authorized $6.95 for s/h for the first cds dealing with ebay..i called video professor they said i had not sent the first cds back within the 10 days, i told them i had only had them for 2 days, that did not matter and that i had not told them to cancel any more shipments and that was why $189.95 was taken from me...this was not correct, when i ordered the ebay cd i told the girl i was talking to , to make sure i did not receive any other cds....i did not want anything else...long story short, i sent everything back to them, they received it april 17th at 10:05am. and now 3 months later, i still have not received my refund. i have called and called and keep getting the same thing , 7 to 10 days more...i have kept records of when i called and who i spoke to and their employee numbers..july 13th i called again, this time after speaking with another sales person i demanded to speak to someone with authority, by this time i was quite pissed. i told "alisa" that i had already contacted my attorney general and that i was contacting every news organization that would listen , also that a class action suit was being filed. i then told them that i new for a fact that google had received 506,000 complaints against video professor, and they had better start returning peoples money . i told them i would be out of town until july 21st, and i expected my refund by then,,,,and low and behold july 20th they finally refunded my $189.95...i still think someone should look into the business practices of this company....lynnette greenville, ky
