Video Professor what a ripoff going on 3 month and still no refund Internet

Sent off for the free cd i got it in the mail thank god i never opened it about 2weeks later i got another cd didn't open that one either. Got my bank statement and saw that they took 189.95 out of my bank account. I called them right away and asked whats going on they fed me some line of crap and i told them i didn't want them of course they tried to sell me someother stuff and i said no. I got the numbers for the cds and sent the back on june 5th.

Called 2 weeks later to see if they got them back they said yes but i will have to wait 21 days for my refund. which ok whatever until i got my bank staement again and found out they pulled another 189.95 out even though i told the to close the account. So i called again and they told me it was because it was right in the middle of there billing cycle but i'll get it back when i get the others. Well i waited untill the second week in july and still haven't got my money back i calle them and the told me it was put in my bank account that day at 5'30. So i called my bank and guess what they had no idea what i was talking about.

so i called them back 15 minutes later and talked to a different guy now this is 15 mins after the first gut said it was in my account. Well this guy said it wasn';t refunded he never heard of the gut i talked to before and said he would take care of everything. It will be in your account in 7 to 10 days well i called the bank last night and still no money. So i called them again and now there telling me 10 to 15 days untill i get my money. I tried to keep my cool but i couldn't anymore the is a big scam.
