Had a cell phone from WalMart called to turn it off because no longer needed it. After Too mouths they send me a bill for 67.62$ saying I never called to turn the phone off! when I ask to tell me when the last time the phone was used because the phone no longer worked and I couldn't afford to buy another that's why I turned it off . They told me to email them.why? I didn't use the phone!!! I shouldn't have to pay for something I didnt use!!! Please help !!!
