Warrantech is just downright scam. Please please stay away from this warranty company. This is a horrible horrible corporation. Please be aware of this scam company. They do insure autos, computers, TVs, appliances etc., but they never take customers seriously. They have a really really flawed customer service and they do not even spend money on customer service where warranty is a highly customer satisfaction driven company. They suck at this for all the wrong reasons. They might be bankrupt and trying to escape away with payments and replacements, hence they are making delays in anyway possible to keep customers hanging forever. Its been more than 35 days since my refrigerator has stopped working and except for those guys sending in a tech nothing has happened. Even though I call, they put me on hold for hours on end without any sight of service being offered. They do not even have a hint of a bother when customers are waiting for their refrigerators not working for more than 35-40 days. How is the life possible seriously without a refrigerator in Texas, god.

Just plain b*******. Please stay away from this scam as far as possible. It used to be a default warranty company with BestBuy. They removed these guys for a reason. Please stay away. Yucky Yucky....
