Warrantech Will not repair my refrigerator which has an extended warranty Texas

It is almost two months since I am out of a working refrigerator.  My refrigerator died and since I purchase an extended warranty I thought all I have to do is to get in touch with Warrantech, but I was wrong I have been callig twice daily only to put on hold for over an hour each time and still no one.  They have been giving me the runaround. Each time its someone different and they all have a different story.  One would say the part has been ordered then the nextime another one will say I havent seen any order.  This is what goes on for over a month and still going on.  This company is a ripoff they gladly take your money with no intention of honoring your warranty. I will tell every and anyone to stay away from WARRANTECH, also do not buy LG Product they were no help and their product never last not worth it
