My family had a sudden death in the family and we needed flowers delivered on a Sunday and we ordered flowers from this company on the 14th and request the 15th this date was shown as available. We paid for our flowers by credit card which we had to deal with disputing those charges as we never received the flowers not even on the following day which was Monday. We received a order confirmation for all of our orders and a order number. But when you call to inquire you never can talk with anyone. You can leave a message and no one ever returns the call. You can email it doesn't matter no response. I finally spoke with someone today only to be put on hold and they hung up on me. This actually happened to my stepfather as well. Then when they log in your information this allows the system to recognize the incoming call and it's all automated at that point. This is a huge scam they have going on here because the customers presume their orders get to their destination; if they don't check they charge and nothing is ever delivered. This was a horrible time for our family with our loss and then for this pathetic excuse for a company to steal from us and not provide the requested arrangements they need to be put out of commission so they can not so this to any one else. We didn't have time to get anything else for her. These people need to be seriously researched.
