I attended the Great Lakes Art Fair at Rock Financial Center in Novi, Michigan on 04/17/09. At this event I ordered a custom-made house sign from a vendor going by the name "Wildflowers and Bugs". He seemed very professional and detail-oriented so I wasn't hesitant about paying him in full in advance. He said I'd have a proof in a couple of weeks and my finished sign in about 2 months. Subsequent to that time I have not received anything from this vendor. I have contacted him numerous times via phone and e-mail and he keeps promising me it will be the next thing he works on. Since the bill of sale states he will deliver in 8-12 weeks and that time has expired I have asked him for a refund of my money. He is not acknowledging my request. I have a feeling he frequents craft shows throughout the midwest and east. Please be very careful if you run into him as he is deceptive.
