I also bought the tea it didn't work for me and I started to get acid reflux. My doctor told me I could not drink tea, coffee or citrus juices. So I said ok I have 60 day to return it. I e-mailed them to get permission to send the product back no response. I found a phone number it is only a recording saying to go to the e-mail. I also got the nice greeting. I also was asked what was the problem after three e-mails of back and forth I had to mention to them I had a copy of the 60 day return with no questions asked policy and I am well within my 60 days and doctors order. So they finally told me where to mail it and to make sure to include the order number and some other number on the label that was on the box. Luckly I had the whole box and sent all of it back. I then got an e-mail that they do refunds every two weeks. Well three weeks went by and nothing. Today 9/7/07 I emailed them asking about the credit back to my account. They responded with that they could not refund my money to my credit account. That they will mail me a check that I should receive it 3 to 7 days. I hope I do get the check if not I will be advising you guys. This company should be exposed for the false statement and the poor refund service.

I have waited the 3 to 7 days and still have not received the refund check that they said they would send. I read on of the other complaints and she gave the state of navada state attorney e-mail so I am going to email them at http://ag.state.nv.us.us./org/bcb/complaint.htm. I think it might to late for me to call my credit card company but I wil also try them also. Some how I will get my refund.
