WuYiSource Did not honor return guarantee North Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered Wulong tea June 5, 2007. Received the order about a week and a half later (June 15th.) I used two boxes of the tea with absolutely no results. I requested information on returning the remaining product and receiving a refund ($74.00) on July 15. On August 10 I requested return information for the second time and also asked if I would receive a complete refund. I received an e-mail with a return addess but not an answer to my question about the refund. On August 15, I sent another note asking about the refund. At that point I got a smart answer that he (Mark) had answered my question by sending the return address. At that point it was past the 60 days and Bill got in on the act telling my that it was past the time for the return, so no refund. When I asked who else I could write to, his reply was: "Whoever you want." I have tried to find a place to complain but had not found one until today. They (WuYi) claim that Ohpra and 60 minutes both tout their products. I think they should know that it is a sham.
