I have been a member of zoompanel for at least 15 years. A month ago, my account was inactivated by them for no reasons at all. I contacted them through emails and the toll free phone number but no one bothered to respond to me. I have accumulated 32000 reward points.
Today, I managed to get a message on how to re-activate my account. When I tried to log in, it was in Spanish. When I check for my reward points, I was stunned to receive 0 points. In the first place, I do NOT have an account in Spanish. They have disabled that. I only have an account in English. I am certain that this survey website is using scam on their panel members. Additionally, I have been asked to buy products from them.
All I want from zoompanel is that they reactivate my account with the 32000 points. They should send me an email message confirming this. I want to inform everyone that this company is a scam. The workers do not respond to you at all.
