I am a longtime member of ZoomPanel and have accumulated a number of points so I can choose some rewards.

On January 5, 2011 I went on line to cash them in and to my amazement found that all but 25 points had been removed from my account, and specifically it said that no rewards were cashed in, which of course was quite true. I had 4315 earned points.

I emailed you and got an automatic reply sometime later that gave me back 200, not 4315. I have since emailed many times (some copies are enclosed) and have not received the courtesy of any reply.

At this point, as I have said in my emails, I will not participate in any further emails until my earned points are re-instated. This is not the way to treat your faithful participants and it is most discouraging that you won’t even reply to me.

I hope that I do not have to take this request any further.
