I'm yet another victim of this scam marketing firm. They send surveys to complete ... .sometimes VERY LENGTHY surveys. Points are 'rewarded'. Emails are received confirming the points rewarded. I finally think I have enough points to actually get something and find that I have ZERO points. I complained several times and received the following responses with results noted:
5/5/2011 - subject: TID 2667516 Re: Still missing lots and lots of points see case 00087675#00108516:

>>>RESULT---- Lies. It's the 13th now and I have a whopping 150 points total.

Update - Zoom Panel made it right
AUTHOR: Just Me - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, May 22, 2011
I've been waiting to hear back before I post. I sent the following reply to Zoom Panel after one of their customer support people took the time to check things out. No reply yet, so here is mine to the cs rep:
"Thank you for taking the time and effort to sort through my points history and straighten things out. My faith in ZoomPanel surveys has been restored. I've learned a few things through this experience:
- don't give up if you know you are right
- don't wait so long between survey responses
- don't wait so long to redeem points
I'll update my post on ripoffreport.com to show your efforts to make things right. Identifying you as the person who cared enough to look into this may or may not be the right thing. You should be recognized for your value to ZoomPanel. I'll wait for your reply to this email to see whether you have a
preference on being named or not. It looks like there are many others out there who have lost points. Whether or not they would have the same outcome as I did with your investigation efforts remains to be seen.
Whatever you decide, I still plan to send a print out of this conversation to the ZoomPanel office in San Francisco. The only difference is that now it will be to praise instead of complain."
Thank you, Rip Off Report, for shedding light on my problem. It would have just been left as it was without your help.

#1 UPDATE Employee
ZoomPanel account is up to date
AUTHOR: ZoomPanel - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Monday, May 16, 2011
Dear ZoomPanel Member,
First, I want to apologize to you for the missed points when re-establishing your account. This was a mistake on our end.
Second, I want to let you know all your points have been credited back to your account.
I've emailed you with all the details, but wanted to get back to you here as well and let you know that it looks like your points had been expired because of almost 5 months of inactivity. It now looks like you are again taking surveys & earning points again. We hope you decide to remain a ZoomPanel member.
Regards,
Christina Parker
