Merchant Warehouse will not allow you to cancel your account. Basically, the scam is to never let a customer cancel and continue to siphon money from their account. They send a bogus "cancelation link" to their customers. The customer tries to use the link to finalize the cancelation process and it fails. It takes the customer to this screen. (https://service.merchantwarehouse.com/Error.aspx) When the customer complains, Merchant Warehouse tells them they didn't cancel and continues to take money from the internet fraud victim. Do not give this company your information or your business. They don't deserve it. They will simply steal your money too!

After calling several times and being put on hold for long wait periods over and over, I was able to get a person to actually send me something other than a false link. He sent a pdf with the cancelation process. However, he wouldn't do anything about refunding me. After sending the pdf back, I called several more times until I reached someone who was willing to partially refund me in a number given to me in an email by the guy from earlier. They offered to only refund two months. However, they refused to honor what both the sales representative and the initial cancelation person told me. They told me that they would fully refund me to try and keep my business. If they wanted to keep my business, they should have allowed me to cancel when I first canceled and avoided trying to siphon money out of my bank account.
