Well the company accused us of fraud, and threatened to cancel coverage based on Our address Houston TX , That's legal Texas insurance code ....Also we committed fraud by adding our names...in 2019 before parents passing, David Jennings knew I was POA & CAREGIVER for parents at time of death ..I spoke to him in person July 2021...Ask to transfer policy into my name David said " never mind Darren" ...So when SUV got hit in June 2023, I requested a coverage transfer back to Original car SUV from dads Caddy 2020,...Amanda refused to comply , claims "SUV wasn't never on policy "...So they denied pip after wreck ...

It's YOUR policy and YOU know you asked for coverage and to have no coverage would put you at financial risk, right? How many times after you made these switched DID YOU VERIFY the coverage was in place as you wanted it to be???? How many times did YOU verify that???? ABSOLUTELY ZERO TIMES! What in the world is wrong with you people? Just another example of the DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICA!
