Mariaelena Lopez, a claims adjuster with State Farm Insurance, failed to send me my deductible back for a car accident I was found to be NOT at fault. It has been 5 weeks. I have requested it at least 10 times, by phone, email, their online chat even random customer service reps. People have assured me multiple times it is on the way. What a joke. I spoke with a customer service agent on 10/2/2024 who confirmed a check was never sent to me. Auto accident that happened back in August.
