I recently picked up a rental car at Dollar Rent a Car at the Denver airport. The rental reservation had been reserved through Travelocity. The billing had been prepaid by my employer 100% which included $50 for Collision Damage Plan (see attachment). Total billing to my employer was $270.20. When I picked up the car the agent required a $200 deposit and so I provided my credit card. I just learned Dollar charged that card $247.57 for who knows what and NEVER refunded. I have tried discussing these charges with both Travelocity & Dollar and have had NO success.

This kind of fraud is NOT acceptable. I will be disputing these charges with my bank, reporting to the Denver Attorney Generals office, reporting to the Better Business Bureau, Yelp and anywhere else.

Hopefully others will be aware of how Dollar operates with their customers!
