First, why is your 3 year old able to order stuff from eBay? That's 100% on you. Honestly, I would ban you from the platform just for demonstrated lack of responsibility.
Second, most sellers on Ebay don't take returns unless something is wrong with the item. So you probably lied about the condition of the item you received in order to return it. Ebay usually screws over the seller with returns, so I'm glad to hear they actually punished you for defrauding the seller. Keep in mind, the seller is probably out both ways for shipping, and also various fees, just because you apparently can't figure out how to keep your 3 year old from playing with your account.

They didn't STEAL anything from you. As per their assessment, you did something you say you didn't do. You paid with a card. Put it into contest with the card company. By the way, you may want to LEARN how to write a complaint without using the very typical but also VERY OBVIOUS LIBELOUS language which could result in you having your rear end hauled into court on the wrong end of a LIBEL SUIT!
