The installer broke bathroom floor ceramic tile in the entrance where the transition fron hallway to bathroom is. They didn't clean up all of the tac strip nails from the carpet removal, they layed the luxury vinyl plank floor over the top of them and they are now working their way up through the new flor which will ruin it.

They chiped door case moulding, tore the upholsery on a footboard and scratched the top of a sideboard cabinet. I filed a claim that went dorment for the last 2 years during covid marshall law. Recently I called them on it again. The installer caim out and only replaced the broken ceramic floor tile, all but 1 square, I don't know why he left one broken one.

The transition he replace is sitting too high for the bathroom door to close. I have another call into them to see what they will do. First and foremost I would like other consumers to be aware of this companies practices prior to spend their money so they don't suffer the same ripoff.

It looks like Empire has their generic response set to automation. It's the same rebuttal. I actually have a name and an extension but haven't received a call back. Bare witness when the same automatic rebuttal response comes immediately yet again and decide if this is what you all want to go threw before you choose Empire for your new floor.

As I said before, I'm screwed, I know nothing is going to be done, I'm just trying to be neighborly and save anyone else from going through this and maybe Empire will have to stand by their work or go away.

Empire has my account on file and a 2 year old repair ticket. They were at my home recently but did not complete repairs. This face saving "sorry, but who are you? here is our website" is BS, your turn!
