This is the 2nd time we have been scammed by this company. My 86 year old father keeps receiving invoices for product he has requested to never receive again. He has many health issues and does not want to do business with this company.

We did receive product called to ask about sending it back they were very rude and said they would not accept returns. "Lady just pay the bill" was my answer. I will not be paying and told him to send a return lable. I was told "you do not listen I said PAY THAT BILL!". He hung up.

I have a year ago sent a written request for cancellation and refuse to be treated in this manner. Do not use this company as they have not customer service and continue to sent product that do not work.

EPI Inc. Company sent Activator 2000 wthout being requested by me - called the company to say I did not order this product, the person on the phone was very nasty ans told me that they had a recording of me ordering the product and they would call me back so I could hear the call. The call was so disthracted that no one would be able to determine who was talking. When I told him that I did not order and would not pay, he was very irate and nasty and said good try but they would report to the credit bureau. Fairview New Jersey
