Fashion Nova Spent 334.00 Never Received Any Items Los Angelas Online

I placed an order for 15 items with Fashion Nova on April 2, 2017 in the amount of 334.00. I received a confirmation email and that was it. I never received any shipping or tracking information. I call the customer service line everyday but no one ever answers and a recording picks up. No one has returned any of my phone calls. I was able to get through to one person on two occasions. His name is Lee. He is the only one that answers. He has explained that someone would be in touch and promised my order would ship this week but nothing. Now when I call their phone just rings. I am out of 334.00. Ive commented on their instagram page but they just delete my comments. Please do not order from this company. They have a lot of people advertise for them, like a lot of famous internet people, and reality stars so you'd think theyd be a real and reputable company because so many people vouche for them. But they stole my money I actually was contacted by another girl through instagram who has experienced some really bad business practices as well. DO NOT SHOP HERE. theyre not legit.
