I purchase pretty regularly from Fashion Nova. Over 2 weeks ago, I placed an order. Money was taken from my account immediately. I never received my order as it was never fulfilled or shipped. I emailed and called several times but was unable to get any information regarding the order. Then I was sent an email with a code for the price of the product with no explanation. I tried to reach out because if it was canceled hen they need to refund the shipping as well of $6.00 and that should not be a gift card but refunded back to my credit card. I emailed them again and tried to call but I never received a response. THey took my money, never sent the purchase and wont respond. They owe me the shipping of $6.00. You can't just take people's money no matter how small the amount is, keep it and tell them to screw off. I am so angry that a company can do this.

I placed an order that was not even shipped to me even though the money was taken off my card I just want my items or my money back the website says my order hasn't even been fulfilled yet there are a lot of people who have been scammed by this company it's all on the internet lol go look at YouTube all I got was a stupid order number been trying to contact fashion nova but all I get is an automated system I'm very petty and I will sue for 79 dollars so either send me my items or give me back my money just because you have superstars or famous people buying your things now does not mean you have to scam or rude to the customers who were there when it was just a regular company facebook.com/jasmine.simone.39/posts/133770000666143
