I've had full coverage on my automobile and Geico charge me 300% more than State farm and progressive and they do most of their customers this is the only way they can have 27 commercials every hour on TV. Geico charged me $159.45 a month for full coverage on my automobile and State farm gives me 25% more insurance and they only charge me $46.00 a month. If you go with Geico expect to be ripped off. And if you have an auto accident and the other party is insured by Geico?
Geico will not pay you for the damaged that their car insured driver caused to your vehicle. Geico has to rip off all of their insured customers to pay for their commercials, you can't even watch TV they have so many commercials on TV for every hour TV watch you get 15 minutes of TV time and 45 minutes worth of Geico commercial time and they advertise to their customers who they believe are idiots? Watch this commercial? it is dumber than dumb that's why they make commercials like this Geico believes auto insurance customers are all stupid.
Geico commercial:

This is why Geico charges you exorbitant insurance rates; so they can pay for their stupid commercials.
In fact, GEICO is very often one of the leading TV advertisers in the United States. However, creating such lasting impressions is costly, so it is not surprising that GEICO's advertising spending amounts to 1.6 billion U.S. dollars.Jan 14, 2021

I agree 100% with the original author. I checked on insurance through these crooks. They wanted $400 per year more than I was paying for less coverage. Geico is out to make every nickel they can, any way they can.

State farm gives me more insurance for my dollar and they also don't Bill me for all the advertising that they do as Geico does and with State farm they give me more insurance for less money. Geico charges the average person $153 to $159 a month and that is with a person with a perfect driving record because of their advertising.
I have no tickets and no accidents and State farm only charges me $46 a month for a lot better coverage because they are not charging me for all their advertising like Geico does. I saved myself over $106 a month because I won't deal with Geico anymore because they rip people off.

And?

You do know that Progressive is #2 in Adverting and State Farm is #3...right? They spend about 1.3 Billion and right around 1 Billion respectively a year.
As for insurance, I guess you never noticed but EVERY insurance company says you will save when you switch. How do they do that? Well, people generally don't switch if it will cost them more. This means that there is not a single insurance company that is the cheapest for everyone in every situation. So as with other things..
SHOP AROUND.
It sounds like your REAL issue is the fact that they didn't pay you on a claim. Again most insurance companies do whatever they can to pay as little on a claim as possible, it doesn't matter the company. If you think you should be covered then you have to do what people do all of the time. Get an attorney and sue them.
