GoTo They Trick People Into a 3 Year Contract on a Service Nearly Impossible to Use. Boston Massachusetts

Nobody in their right mind would sign a 3 year contract for a $25/month voip phone service. I spoke with their internal sales rep and he never mentioned that and I never saw it in what I was signing. The service is very difficult to use, and is subpar compared to the offerings of many of their competitors offering similar services for less money and providing better resources. How they can stick people with a 3 month contract on this type of service is unique in the industry, and completely evil. These guys are based in Boston, and they are out to stick it to whoever they can. You'll spend hours trying to get anyone on the phone because they're 'short staffed' but really, they're so horrible, probably non-stop people calling not able to use their phone and meeting services and getting stuck with huge bills.  GoTo is the Worst company I've encountered in a long time.  There are much better services at the same price point or even cheaper that are much easier to use and provide more services that are higher quality,, and none of those companies stick people with 3 year contracts.  These guys are evil and criminal in my opinion.
