Before arriving I checked both windshield wiper blades for tears, rotting, and I operated wipers with no streaks. Both in excellent operating condition. After arriving tech comes to waiting area and shows a 1 inch tear in the driver side blade! But why sould someone destroy your wiper blade? Simple - to sell you a new one! Other testify to similar rip offs in this Jiffy Lube's Reviews
