Jiffy Lube Mazhar B He was really rude and i still havent gotten my refund after 2 weeks he need to be fired how he talk to customers Des Plaines Illinois

I went in to Jiffy Lube in Des Plaines on August 3rd 2017 at 5;30pm to get an oil change and a light bulb change ,they were done at 6:01pm also the cashier had to remind the manager after i paid an was ready to go to replace my light bulb only the one light bulb and i get out to my car he has my trunk open and two days later the same light they replaced went out ,so i was thinking it was something with the bulb and i took it to a jiffy lube closer to my house and he told me that whoever replaced the bulb did something he couldnt get the light bulb out of my car ,So i called the original Jiffy lube in Des Plaines to see if they can help me because the manager Maz replaced my bulb and they told me to bring it in and they will take a look ,but i knew something was wrong when i was there getting the repairs the cashier Bernard whispered in Maz ear so i asked him what did he just tell him he said he told him to replace my light bulb and there was another man already screaming at them while they were servicing my car .

So i got there at the next day early in the morning when they open on my way to work get there and the manager Maz tells me he can't do anything to my car at that time and i asked him if he was for real because i had to go to work he said he couldn't get to the tools ,i said okay i will be back when i get off ,now i come back when i get off and Bernard open my hood and him and Jose pulled my light out they had a hard time doing so an tell me it's a electrial problem i know it wasn't like that before they got to it my boy friend look at it before i took it up there and now i have a problem ,So Maz said he was going to refund me the 108.13 i paid for the oil change and the light bulb i still have not recieved it,after 2 weeks and he still getting me the run arounds saying it's my bank and i called my bank and they bsaid nothing from Jiffy lube has been processed in my account. so i go up there with my card so he can put the money back on my card and he is arguing with me saying he don't have to do nothing being rude. i called his corporate and they gave this same man Maz my telepohne number to call me an he was being rude. i filed a report with his corporate office and nothing has been done about his rude self and my refund .I need help
