Jiffy Lube Jiffy Lube, Liars and Thieves Nationwide

 

 

 

Well.. today was the first time I have been to Jiffy Lube after being ripped off for the same wiper blade scam a couple months earlier.. Back then they sold me new blades on a brand new van with 6000 miles on it. I was told that the fleet company made them change the blades. Their hands were tied!  Pure BS! I called the fleet company after I left and was told that I requested them to change the blades! Pure BS! I have had my oil changed a few times since, but I went to Mobile One. Figured I would Jiffy Lube another chance.This time I went to the one in Stuart, I hadn’t been there for a while, but it was always a decent experience in the past. ( I mentioned this to the local rep when he called apologizing for poor treatment from case 00130790)Guess what? The 60+ dollar wiper blade scam again! It was bad enough that I was there for an hour and a fifteen minutes, but to be lied too again makes it much worse. Same old lie as last time: “The fleet company made us change your wiper blades !” I didn’t know this until it was time to sign the bill, then I watched them as they struggled to install them. They apparently didn’t know how to put them on, but they couldn’t remove them from the bill.. I was told they would take care of it as soon as they could..  I will never, never use your services again! As far as I am concerned, Jiffy Lube represents dishonesty and thievery! btw.. after being promised a refund from the first incident by the local rep, I checked with the fleet service.. guess what? No record of any refund ever being issued. Anyone who uses their services has to be naïve or just plain stupid. Like the saying goes.. Fool me once, shame on you.. fool me again, shame on me.  I will never be their fool again!
