I went to Meineke on 2390 Laurens road on Friday to get a quote on my car. My chief complaint was shaking while breaking in the steering wheel. The mechanic Will took my car for a test drive and came back and pull it in the bay and did a visual inspection without taking the wheels off and decided that I needed rear brakes and rotors. After coming back the following Monday I decide to go ahead and allow them guys to fix my car.

After coming to pick my car up and driving off I noticed that I was still having the same issue that I originally took the car to them for. I immediately turn around came back to the location and went inside and told them guys my car is still having the same issue. The guy Jason said with an attitude what's wrong with it? I said my car is still doing the same exact thing that I brought it to you guys for. It's still shaking while breaking in my steering wheel. Jason goes to say well I seen the pads when he took them off the rear so it's not money wasted.

I say to him I understand but that is not what I came in here for my issue is not fixed what I originally came in here for. He goes to say to me well we can't give you no free rotors and I said to him I didn't come in here asking for anything for free. I just want done what I paid for which is stop the shaking while breaking. You guys told me that I needed rear brakes and rotors and that's what I went with. So I said you can either fix the issue or just give me my money back. He said well we can't give you any money back because Lewis is on vacation and he won't be back till Wednesday. So I said well put my old parts back on my car and I'll just wait and get my money back. So they proceed to take off the new parts and they put my old parts back on my car.

Now I'm having a noise from my rear and front end brakes because obviously they didn't put something back correctly. So here we are Wednesday morning I goes up there hoping to speak with Lewis about the situation that happened. Lewis wasn't there so I said to Jason well I'll just call back. Jason says to me you don't have to call back I left him a note! I said to Jason I have the right to call back I can call back if I like. I also went to say to Jason why are you talking to me like that you have such bad customer service. Of course he got angry with me start cursing at me and I curse him back.

He asked me to leave the store and I did and went and sat in my car to wait for Lewis to come to work. While I'm sitting in my car maybe 10 minutes later there's a police officer pull up. I'm guessing Jason called the police so I will have to leave the grounds and not have a chance to explain the incident to Lewis. There was no reason for him to call the officer on me at all. But after speaking to Lewis and said while in front of the officer that he will be able to refund me my money for parts but not labor because his guys had already performed the labor even though they have already taken the new parts off and now I'm left with bad brakes now on the front and back.

Once the officer left the store. Lewis change he said he's not able to refund me for anything no parts or labor that I paid for. So now the store still has my parts and I have no money for the labor from the parts I'm just out of over $500. Lewis offered to me was to either let them fix my brakes in the front or nothing after the way I've been treated it been already displayed that they was going to just fu** over and besides I'm standing outside in the cold while they're going to be trying to fix my car because I can't go inside of the facility because Jason has an issue with me.

Lewis never apologized for the way Jason was treating me and besides why should I allow them to f*ck over for the second time and be outside in the cold while they fix my car? This place I will have never thought that I will be treated the way I'm treated. Like how you charge me for parts and labor and I don't even get my money back from the parts or neither do I have my parts. I've contacted corporate and hopefully they make it right. If not then my attorney will.
