Meineke Paid to have my Vehicle Destroyed Worcester Massachusetts

 The second vehicle of mine which was damaged caused me to file this report. It was an excellent driving vehicle which just needed to pass the emissions test. The owner or caretaker of that facility and his manager informed me that they would save me money by cutting the exhaust system and reseal it. I do not know much about cars, so I let them do it. Afterwards, the vehicle was totally damaged, in that as soon as the driver put it in drive, it started to speed along at about 30-40 miles per hour. I had to depress the break constantly to keep the speed down. I do not know if they were trying to kill me or something. They could be racist. I paid $500 for that death job. So I failed the emissions test, and the estimated cost to get it fixed soared into the thousands. I called emissions waiver department, and I was asked to retest. When I went back, I suspect the guy chipped off my ball joints and tire rods because they had done the safety previously, and the car was not being driven due to the emissions problem. Now they are asking to fix this damage. The first car was a 2006 Madza3. A problem deveoped, and I brought it to their shop. Before I knew, more problems with ball joints and tire rods had developed and I was spending into the thousands. I ended up sending the car to the junk yard. I feel the mechanics act like surgeons that are performing surgery inside of us. We are powerless in their hands, and they do as they please to us. One saves a little, and these guys rip us off and take all of our savings. There should be a regulatory body which monitors how much they charge customers, if there is not one instituted previously. I do not know how anyone can help me, since they have completely junked a versatile and robust car I was going to UBER with. Can anyone help in this country which is turning lawless?
