Said he made payment for my car on Paypal.  Recieved email from mail2pay.com doctored up to look like Paypal payment.  Email said money had been transfered to my account for agreed amount, but over payment of $1,050 was included for the transport company to pick up and deliver my car to him.  I was instructed to go to Walmart to do a money transfer to his "transport company" for the over payment.

No payment was ever actually made by him.
