Paychex Jonny Hawley Toby Laur Stolen 3000 USD not yet paid back after 6 months Santa Barbara ca

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. First they tried to sell my company the most expensive service as their basic necessary kit. I could not understand how this could be so expensive 1400 USD per month for something I later found out I could get for 100 USD per month.

I tried to cancel it straight away. Paychex still continued to withdraw money from my account for months after I wrote I did not want to be a customer anylonger which was accepted. I never got any help except for one template. I was promised my money back.

Paychex never returned the 3000 USD they owed my business. This is now more than 6 months
ago. Toby Laur was the person who severly oversold my business something we did not need at all and promised our business something completely different than what it was he tried to actually sell us.

Jonny Hawley was the manager who promised he would fix it but nothing happened despite numerous contacts. I sincerely hope noone else will have this experience. I have had my business for 30 years and never experenced anything similar.
