Alert! Alert! Alert! Do Not hire Angel Roadside service!!! 

If you see these numbers 206 210-5035, 206 823-2066, or 1 877-997-8432...do not hire them. They will rip you off. if you see these names: Angel Zamorano, the founder and technician of Roadside Angel , Allison Nelson, the Regional Manager of Roadside Angel, and the Dispatcher Amanda, of Roadside Angel - Run, because they will rip you off. 

I wish I had read these reviews on Angel Roadside. I hired them on April 4th, 2024 to replace my driver side car window. Paid in cash-$450.00 dollars. 
Angel Zamorano, the founder and technician comes out, he does not have the windowpane, someone delivers the window pane and that individual forgot to communicate with the warehouse to have the windowpane in a location to be picked up.

April 5th, Zamorano comes out and does not have the correct window pane. He proceeds to tell me "He will leave the window installed until he can get the correct one and will be back the following day to install the correct one." Does not return the following day. I have to reach out to the dispatcher Amanda who is not helpful at all and then there is the regional manager, Allison Nelson. She informs me that they are working on finding my window pane but it has been a difficult process. I am finally told by Amanda that they will reimbursed me my $450.00 dollars, but I will have to wait 5-7 business days. I asked the question " Why do I have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get reimbursed?" "It does not make any sense to me.

Today, when I requested the address of Angel Roadside services, so that I could come have them remove their window and get my reimbursement-dispatcher Amanda informs me that I have to go to Silverdale WA, between 12pm and 1pm or Bellevue WA, after 7pm. When I pushed back on this Regional Manager Allison Nelson sends this text to me:
"Because I am becoming very irrational and inflexible in your acceptance of the refund and the return of the window. 
Because the nature of the business is a mobile service and you are demanding that you be served as soon as possible you were given the option to follow the technicians (Allison, if the founder Zamorano is the technician that is coming out to service the job there is a good chance you have few technicians.) where they are working. (was he working in silver dale?) If you find it unacceptable to travel to where the technician is, there is nothing more we can do for you. From your actions and your threats you have forfeited your opportunity for the replacement and refund offered. No further action will commence on the part of Roadside Angel." Angel Zamorano and Allison Nelson have done this before to individuals that hire them. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General office and I have filed a small claims court. 
I am encouraging anyone that has been ripped off by these two ingrates, please file a complaint with the Attorney General!! We need to expose them. Not everyone has $450.00 dollars to be ripped off.
