I signed up with these people for a home security system. I already had one in place they were just going to activate it. I was told that I would receive my 1st months free as I had to unfreeze my credit score to finalize the application. Here we are 6 months later and all I get when I call is ghosted. "Oh your rep isn't available and her voicemail is full" "Ok I can open a ticket for you on this to further investigate" Other times they would transfer me directly to ADT or hang up on me.

One of my sensors wasn't working from day one again calling and calling and getting the run around espcially since it is a brand new sensor they installed and now do not want to fix. do not go with these people. If you need an alarm system go directly to the dealer.
