Square - Engage in Coordinated Censorship, Financial Misconduct, and Civil Rights Violations Against Minority-Owned Business San Francisco CA

Complaint:

As a business owner, technologist, and legal affiant, I filed an honest and accurate review of Square, Block, Inc. to inform the public of their misconduct, including:

• Unlawful account deactivation

• Seizure of funds

• Violation of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA)

• Breach of banking and securities regulations

• Targeted, racially biased enforcement practices consistent with digital redlining

Instead of addressing these serious complaints, Square coordinated with Trustpilot, Inc. to illegally censor and remove my verified review, thereby:

• Violating my First Amendment rights to speech, expression, and petition

• Retaliating against a whistleblower

• Interfering with ongoing litigation (NYS Supreme Court Index No. 158498/2025)

• Obstructing public access to consumer truth

In response, I recorded and filed a UCC-3 Financing Statement (NY DOS #202507238372594) certifying Square’s indebtedness and legal liability to me and my company.

To this day, Square has not returned my funds, issued any response, or honored any due process rights as a business account holder. Meanwhile, Trustpilot continues to host fraudulent 5-star reviews while silencing critical voices like mine.

This is fraud. This is censorship. This is digital Jim Crow.

Square and Trustpilot must be held accountable — in the court of law, and in the court of public opinion. I have already filed with:

• NY Supreme Court

• U.S. Marshals Service

• CFPB

• FTC

• Global financial regulators

This is an official warning to the public:
Avoid doing business with Square, Block, Inc. or relying on Trustpilot for honest reviews. Their platforms are compromised.
