Tresor Rare Would not refund $$ for unauthorized shipment Honolulu HI

Was approached by rep. (Giovanni) from Tresor @ Ala Moana Shopping Center, HI who aggressively insisted on demonstrating some eye serum to remove bags from my under eye (insisted that it would take away years from my appearance). 

I agreed to have him apply the serum which led to demonstrations of other products (including a "magic wand"); I agreed to purchase (3) products when he increased my "deal" to include numerous other products for a BIG discount. 

I told him I wanted to try the (3) items before committing to the other products when he told me to take the entire shipment and I could return them if I wasn't satisfied.  I told him NOT to ship anything until I'd had a chance to test the (3) items I was interested in; to make a long story short, upon returning to CA I received my shipment of Tresor products and when I contacted Giovanni he told me I needed to contact their customer service which I would end up calling for more than 2 wks. w/o any response. (No live person to speak to - just a recording to leave a msg.) 

As a last resort, I placed a "stop payment" on my credit card and "refused" shipment w/ my P. O.  My credit card has informed me that I had signed a (dis)agreement which indicated I needed to get a return authorization w/in 14 days upon receiving the products. 

This was foreign to me since I hadn't received anything in writing upon departing from the store but I had STUPIDLY signed something on Giovanni's notepad which he hurriedly shoved into me for a signature.  According to my credit card, I owe them 3k since I hadn't received a return authorization in a timely fashion & therefore, was not "allowed" to return the products.

SCAM, SHAM, DOWNRIGHT DISHONEST business practices describes Tresor and its affiliates; found NUMEROUS similar complaints nationwide from Charlotte, SC; Nassau, Bahamas; La Jolla & San Francisco, CA; Lexington, KY; Palazzo, Las Vegas, NV; Waikiki, Hanalei, & Ala Moana, HI just to name a few.  It's a shame this co. is allowed to do business in the U.S. especially, in cities where many people love visiting.
