Unethical Lawyer Ms. Daley is an old women whom has a hard time keeping up with technological progress and will unscrupulously lie to her client, judges and the IRS many times, not to mention fake illness to get a dime.  New York, NY New York

Ms. M. Teresa Daley is probabaly a little senile as she miss deadlines and forgets what her client told her, and yet very aggressive toward her own clients, limit obssesed, yet in my experience as a former client, Ms. Daley or Ms. Gomez whatever her name is in fact,  lost most of my cases, she is expensive and over bills (probably double bills) because she does not have many clients so she will make you pay the price of her lack of business.

In addition she lies to the court without hesitation, and has the ability to work withs some as unethical lawyers as her in her network, hence, using other lawyers to act as a front ( Gil Lazarus or Dimitry Ishambev) and despite numerous conflicts ethical and legal is handling the work behind the scene. She is a bad litigator whom tends to squeez her client for every penny rather than understand the basic concept of the CPLR and her ethical obligation. 

Not only did she not win a single case for me (about 5 cases) she in addition committed malpractice and cost a fortune. you can get a real litigator that was trained at a big law firm rather than a self taught incompetent lawyer like M. Teresa Daley. You have been warned save your money and find a real good lawyer.
