I recently moved to another (2nd) State.

I contacted USAA to switch addresses.

They indicated that the new location required a new policy with a down payment.

I am still responsible to pay the balance on the previous/existing policy.

Thank god it was only 1 month remaining on that policy.

In addition - when I call them to make these changes - they inform me that the cost of insurance on the 2nd vehicle that is remaining in the (1st) State has been rate increased by $200- this rate increase was never communicated to me - and the rate/term of the policy on the web account indicates no increase.

I like USAA but this just feels like a rip-off to me
