Buyer Beware

This company is not like seen on TV!

Remember the old saying you get what you pay for? It is so true with this Insurance Company, you may get a lower rate but you get lower service too. I found that out when I had to get my windshield replaced and wanted OEM glass! They told me No they don't use OEM Glass. that is when I knew I had chosen the wrong Insurance Company USAA Auto Insurance

And God forbiid you have an accident and need work wage loss PIP Benefits you had better have a lot of money saved up from a (cheaper policy rate) because you will need it to pay your bills while your wating for the insurance company to pay!  Also you will have to jump through alot of hoops to get them to comply to any state law and  you had better hire a lawyer like I did to help get what you are paying for.

 USAA hires a Appraisal company name SCA

Appraisal Company used by USAA sub contracters to bid out the auto repairs & under bids the auto repair dealer! They make it hard on all involved. Myself, my Lawyer USAA will not return his calls. The repair service takes 4 days for estemate or longer. Don't be in a hurry to get your car back and if you have car rental, they won't pay if it takes over 60 days my 75 days to repair and way over and you don't get to choose which rental company you want, we must use enterprise car rental.

I drive a Cadillac and I had to drive a cheap Jeep for 60 days ,I checked the oil just to make sure. and found it was 2 qurats low when I got it and  they don't have Cadillacs for a rental 

A word to the wise pay a little more and get a real good Auto Insurance Company and you won't have to go through what I am going through!
