Velocity Merchant Services VMS Not clearly disclosing leasing term of credit card leasing program to consumer Downers Grove Illinois

my store was approached by sales person from VMS about credit card processing service. They sent an e-mail requesting copy of voided check and driver license information and such. Sale person never called me to discuss terms of lease aggrement or anything.

Each month I have noticed there was around $58 of lease equipment fee in my bank statement. This went on for 2 and half year. I decided to change credit card processing company and called this company to end my processing.

That is when they told me I have 4 years of leasing aggrement and they will charge me rest of my lease aggreement fee. I was never cleary given terms of leasing equipment. I feel they have just signed me up without me understanding terms of lease document.
