Vida Vacations memberservices@vidantaresorts.com.mx Can not get ahold to get money returned when deal did not go thru.

I've been a Vida Vacations owner for 15 years.  The method described by the Author does not match my experiences at Vida Vacations or other timeshare companies.  Vida Vacations works with third-party timeshare resale companies. 

At the time of purchase, you receive a credit for the value of the timeshare being surrendered (your purchase price is less).  You are contacted by the third party company, and given an opportunity to buy-back your surrendered timeshare. 

You are informed, in the contract that there are two payments due: one to list, another to transfer.  Vida Vacations (Vidanta) has nothing to do with the transfer
